   You only teach paid lessons

   The student pays IlmGhar for the full month before lessons start. Every lesson you teach is already paid. You never teach for free.

   Lessons are confirmed automatically

   After a lesson, the student has 48 hours to confirm it. If they do nothing, the lesson is counted as done. Always mark your lessons correctly and on time.

   Dispute resolution

   If you miss a lesson, the student can dispute it. IlmGhar then checks with both you and the student and decides if the lesson was completed. IlmGhar's decision is final. We tell you about a disputed lesson within 48 hours, so you can decide whether to keep teaching that student. You are paid for all the lessons you taught up to that point.

   When you get paid

   You are paid for every confirmed lesson, on fixed dates:

   • Once a month — in the first 5 working days of the month.
   • Twice a month (if you choose) — between the 15th and 20th, and again in the first 5 working days of the month.

   No upfront fee — 10% only when you are paid

   It is free to join, list your profile, and get students. IlmGhar takes a 10% fee from your payout, and only when you are paid. You never pay anything in advance. The fee covers collecting the money, paying you on time, dispute protection, and your reviews.

   Fair cancellation

   If a contract ends in the middle of a month, IlmGhar splits it fairly. You are paid for the lessons you taught. The student gets back the money for lessons not taken.

Your responsibilities

   Keep everything on IlmGhar

   Do not take payment from the student directly, and do not move a student off IlmGhar to avoid the fee. This can get your profile removed.

2. 8

   Mark lessons honestly

   Only mark a lesson as done if you really taught it. False lessons can get your profile removed and any wrong payment taken back.

3. 9

   Be professional

   Be on time and polite with students. Repeated no-shows or bad behaviour can pause or remove your profile.

4. 10

   Your tax and payout

   You handle your own income tax — IlmGhar gives you a monthly income report to help. You choose how you get paid (bank, JazzCash, or EasyPaisa) in your earnings settings.
