   You pay for the month in advance

   You pay the agreed monthly fee before lessons start. Lessons are only created once you have paid — you never pay for a lesson that has not happened.

2. 2

   Lessons are confirmed automatically

   After a lesson, you have 48 hours to confirm it or report a problem. If you do nothing, the lesson is counted as done.

3. 3

   Dispute resolution

   If a tutor misses a lesson or it does not go well, you can dispute it. IlmGhar then checks with both you and the tutor and decides if the lesson happened. IlmGhar's decision is final. You are only charged for lessons that actually took place, and you can decide whether to keep this tutor.

   You only pay for lessons taken

   If you stop in the middle of a month, IlmGhar splits it fairly: you get back the money for lessons not taken, and the tutor is paid for those completed.

   Free for you — the 10% fee is the tutor's

   Hiring through IlmGhar is free for you. The 10% fee is charged to the tutor, and only when they are paid. You never pay anything extra.

   Secure payments & protection

   You pay IlmGhar, never the tutor directly. This is what gives you refunds, dispute protection, and a record of every lesson.

   Do not pay the tutor directly or arrange lessons off IlmGhar. This is what protects your payments, refunds, and dispute cover.

2. 8

   Be fair and honest

   Be ready for your lessons, treat your tutor respectfully, and leave honest reviews.
